My name is Brittany I am a group fitness instructor, active adventure seeker, health nut, and a bundle of positivity. What brings me absolute joy and happiness is movement and exploration.

For those that know me, they will say that I am super positive, outgoing, and use the word "awesome" way too much, but what some people don't know is that I am actually quite shy and have struggled with self-confidence my entire life.

Fun Facts About Brittany

  •  I am an AFLCA Certified Group Fitness Instructor and have been teaching classes for over 4 years.  
  • I am obsessed with camping, hiking, and the mountains!  
  • While in University, I studied aboard for 7-months in
    The Netherlands. I traveled to over 20 countries during this time and it was by far the highlight of my University experience.
