Non-customized items can be returned within 30 days in original condition. Due to their personalized nature, custom products cannot be returned unless defective or there was an error in customization. See our full return policy.

Product & Warranty

Yes! All LAMOSE products come with a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects — things like faulty insulation, defective seals, or lids that crack under normal use. What's not covered: accidental drops, dents, scratches, or damage from misuse (freezer, microwave, etc.). If your issue isn't covered, don't worry — you can purchase replacement lids and parts from our accessories store.
Our drinkware is made from premium food-grade 18/8 stainless steel with double-wall vacuum insulation. Lids use BPA-free plastic with silicone seals. All materials are safe, sustainable, and built to last.
Cold drinks stay chilled for up to 24 hours, hot drinks stay warm for up to 12 hours. Actual times may vary based on starting temperature, ambient conditions, and how often you open the lid.
We recommend hand washing to maintain insulation and protect custom engravings. Use warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and air dry with the lid off. Avoid bleach or abrasive cleaners.
No, LAMOSE products should not be microwaved. Our drinkware is made of stainless steel, which is not safe to put in the microwave.
Yes! Replacement lids, seals, straws, and other accessories are available in our accessories store. If your part broke due to a manufacturing defect (e.g., a lid that cracked under normal use, a seal that failed prematurely), contact us through the form on this page — it may be covered under our lifetime warranty at no cost. If the damage was accidental (drops, lost parts, normal wear), you can purchase a replacement directly from the store.
It depends on how it broke. Manufacturing defects (cracks that appeared during normal use, a seal that stopped working, a mechanism that failed) — yes, that's covered under our lifetime warranty. Send us a message with a photo and your order number and we'll get a replacement to you. Accidental damage (drops, impacts, chewing, dishwasher warping) — these aren't covered, but replacement lids are affordable and available in our accessories store. Not sure which applies? Just ask — we're happy to take a look.
Registration is automatic for orders placed on lamose.com. For gifts or purchases from other retailers, simply keep your proof of purchase. If you need warranty service, send us a message with your product details.
Most lids can be disassembled for deep cleaning. Remove the silicone seal and wash all parts with warm soapy water. For stubborn odors, soak in a mixture of baking soda and warm water for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and air dry before reassembling.
