All orders ship from Calgary, Alberta. Tracking is provided via email once your order ships.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping promotions are shown in the banner at the top of our site when available.

Carriers: We use Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size. The best rate is automatically selected at checkout.

Tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders): Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping charges or product prices.

Rush orders: Need something faster? Leave a note at checkout with your deadline and we'll do our best to accommodate. For guaranteed rush timelines on large orders, contact us before ordering.

Standard (non-custom) items
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Email us at hello@lamose.com with your order number to start a return.

Custom and personalized items
Custom products are made specifically for you, so we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or we made an error. If we got something wrong, we'll remake it at no cost to you.

Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage and we'll send a replacement at no charge.

Refund processing
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Every LAMOSE product is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If your drinkware has a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, we'll replace it free of charge.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches from everyday use, or damage from drops or misuse. To make a warranty claim, email hello@lamose.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
